I found Mr. Kraft and his entire firm to be of the highest quality and ethics in all matters related to the law and client relations. Mr. Kraft takes a personal interest in each case handled by his firm. He periodically checks each client's satisfaction with the firm and their case by personally visiting with clients and sending regular questionaires to clients asking them to rate their current satisfaction with the firm, their case and overall satisfaction with the legal representation at that particular moment. Mr. Kraft is a "hands on" owner / partner of his firm.
I can not brag enough about the high ethical standards to which Mr. Kraft holds himself and that of his entire staff. Each time I had contact with the office I felt as if I were their only client, trating me like family as well as client. All of the staff seem to love their jobs. My case was active for 2 years prior to final resolution and I always spoke with the same receptionist when I called as well as the legal assistant assigned my case, and my personal attorney.
My entire two year experience with the firm was unsurpassed in quality and confidence. I would use the firm again in a heartbeat and refer friends and family to the firm without the slightest hesitation.
