Robert Duncan Mctaggart

Robert McTaggart practices real estate law and business law. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He helps successful individuals sell, purchase, lease and develop. He reviews and prepares contracts, leases and loan documents to help buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers. He forms LLC's, partnerships and corporations. He prepares private placement documents. He is a frequent author and speaker on real estate law.

When Robert McTaggart is not in the office helping his clients on contracts, purchases, sales, leases and business transactions, he may be swimming, biking, sailing, golfing, camping or flying.  He is an instrument rated pilot, and volunteers time with the Boy Scouts of America.
