Larry limits his practice to that of criminal and drivers license suspension law, particularly administrative license revocation ("ALR") hearings. He is a Fellow Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has been the Co-chairman of the DWI Committee of Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association ("TCDLA") from 2008 until the present. He is an Associate Board Member of TCDLA from 2008 until the present. He is the author of "Administrative License Revocation Manual (2006)," published by, and available through, Knowles Publishing, in Fort Worth, Texas. A major update will be available before the end of Summer, 2009. He has spoken at over sixty (60) continuing legal education seminars and luncheons. He has represented clients at over 2400 ALR hearings.
