Dan Wood Jr.

also known as Dan Wood

About me

Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Appellate Law, I help people faced with legal problems in state or federal trial courts and courts of appeal. Starting out in my legal career, I served as a prosecutor after graduation from Baylor Law School in 1986. I moved into my own practice a couple of years later working on civil matters and on criminal defense work including appeals and other post-conviction remedies. Before becoming a lawyer, I served as a councilman and mayor pro tem for the City of Terrell, my hometown. I still stay active in city government having served on the zoning board of adjustments and now as chair of the Library Advisory Board. I consider it an honor and a serious responsiblity to represent my clients. My Dallas office is shown above and my Terrell office is located at 102 E. Moore Avenue, Suite 212, Terrell, TX  75160.  I can meet you at the Terrell office by appointment.  My mobile number is 214-926-4177.  Easy payment plans on legal fees are available. I look forward to hearing from you.
