I hired Jason Nordsell to file a wage claim on my behalf. He did a very good job of not keeping me informed about my case. He also agreed to accept service on my behalf in another case without obtaining my permission or telling me about it in advance. He was very evasive with me when I confronted him about getting me involved in another case in a state where I do not live and without my authorization or knowledge. His response was to withdraw from both cases. Later he stated that he must have forgotten agreeing to accept service on my behalf. Before I realized how terrible he was, I referred him to a friend who gave him a retainer for filing fees. He sat on her case and did absolutely nothing. When she decided not to use him anymore, he took almost two months to return her money and kept telling her "the check is in the mail". He also failed to tell us that he works from his home and the business address he has is just a virtual office.
