Hamilton Philip Lindley
About MeHamilton Lindley's nationwide practice focuses on solving complex problems for individuals and companies involved in litigation. From initial investigation to appeal, he has extensive experience in all phases of litigation. Along with other counsel, Mr. Lindley's cases have produced over $800 million for clients. Mr. Lindley is admitted to all Texas federal and state courts as well as the Southern District of Indiana. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, and the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Lindley graduated from Baylor Law School and is a member of the Texas State Bar. Mr. Lindley chairs the CLE & Professionalism and Social Committees for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation, the DAYL Foundation and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Lindley is a published author on securities litigation and a frequent speaker regarding summary judgment practice and legal writing. |
