I had a bad experience with this lawyer, but it might be just only with me, as I have seen a delightfully positive reviews except mine. With a profound regret, I need to admit, that he didn't agree to even receive the required docs via email and to print them at his office, explaining me that he would need to pay for printing, so I had to send the documents by a postal mail, having paid for the certified express mail. It took a significant money chunk for my company and a very looooooooooong spell of time to get my petition approved.
He is awesome. He knows the law and he is very honest. He is very expensive too but worth it. He does not give you wrong advise and does not give you fake hope. If you cannot win the case he will tell you upfront. Due to his advise over the phone I saved almost $5,000. I had a denial case from Immigration and other lawyer were charging me on or around $5,000 for appeal whereas he was saying that I cannot even appeal and even if appeal Immigration will reject my appeal and if I go for trial it is very tough case to win, in another word I will be just through money.
My wife was scammed by people in the Philippines who issued her a fake passport. So she came here illegally, where I met her under a name that wasn't even hers. We hired Mr. Flynn to get her legal. He understands the law very well, apparently, because after a little legal tussling with INS, she was granted her green card under her real name, and she has since gone on to become a US citizen. It was a painless process and very quick, considering how the INS functions. Highly recommended.
