Dr. Pearson is admitted to practice in Georgia state courts, including the Supreme Court of Georgia; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ("CAFC"); and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO").
