About me

Ward Beaudry is a Marine Corps veteran with deep Texas roots who has the heart and knowledge to help individuals, families and businesses navigate the complex areas of legal life.

Ward is an authority in the areas of wills, trusts, estates, probate, elder law, trust and estate litigation, corporate litigation, family business and succession planning, and mediation.

For the past four years, he has been named a Texas Super Lawyer, an award based on peer reviews and independent research.

For more than 50 years the law firm of what today is known as Winn, Beaudry & Winn, has been consistently rated as one of the top estate planning law firms in North Texas. The firm prides itself on meticulous care of clients with compassion grounded in experience.

Ward has significant experience with the follow legal areas:

  • Assisting families who suspect an elderly loved one may be abused by a caregiver or institution

  • Helping veterans receive the benefits they deserve (Certified by the Veterans Administration)

  • Structuring family business succession planning, including gift and estate tax minimization and creditor protection

  • Supporting families dealing with special needs children or elderly relatives or neighbors

  • Providing efficient and effective services in both probate & guardianship estate administration and litigation matters
