I recently used Mr. Starr for the second time. Mr. Starr is a very honest, personable, and very experienced attorney. He was very prompt and straight forward with his legal advice in both of my cases. He "digs his heels" into the case and works fiercely and relentlessly to get all of his clients the best possible result. He is very approachable and understands the stress that his clients are experiencing while going through the court process. If you want a no nonsense attorney that is willing to stand up for you in court......this is the attorney to hire!

From my first request to have Kent represent me in court all the way to the conclusion where he successfully obtained a NOT GUILTY verdict from my Trial by Jury, Kent’s performance was outstanding. He is honest, to-the-point, prompt, personable/kind, intelligent, and professional. In dealing with the court, judge, DA, witnesses, and jury, Kent was the perfect amount of aggressive, yet fair and well spoken. We had about a dozen court resets, all outside of our control, which caused my case to be drawn out two full years. However, Kent stuck by me with great patience, every step of the way, and I could not have asked for anything more. I do not have a single negative piece of criticism for Mr. Starr. He has a client for life in me and I will be recommending him to everyone in need of a truly great attorney. Thank you again for everything Kent!

He is great! I highly recommend him. He always kept me informed and he was able to get my case dismissed. If I ever need someone to represent me again, I will definitely hire him. He is worth it.

Mr. Starr has defended me on my DWI and got it thrown out in '09 and a previous assault where my spouse accused me of violence and it wasn't true. This guy is a damn good trial attorney, flat out a bad ass. If you get in trouble and need legal representation, this is your go to guy. He becomes your lawyer for life. He knows how to take a case to trial. Many attorneys plea stuff out and never go before a court. Mr. Starr goes to court all day, the court might as well be his office because he's always there. He's not afraid to stand up to a judge or jury in the name of justice.

I faced a Motion to Adjudicate (basically a type of probation revocation) in an adjacent county due to a bogus arrest and non-case in my home county. After the court-appointed attorney declined to give much of a rat's patoot about getting me out of jail and reinstated (seriously--what attorney worth a cowpie's flies even gives the time of day to prison-time plea-bargains for a revocation over a non-existant 'new charge'?!), we brought Attorney Starr onto the case. He got to work talking to the adjacent county, saying that there was no "there" there, then headed to my home county to get the necessary documentation that there was no new case. My home county attempted to stonewall his efforts, but he didn't back down--he put the pressure on them--and got results. They made the necessary call, he went to the adjacent county and explained the situation was, I got reinstated, and I am now back in the world of the living. I highly recommend Kent Starr.
