About me

For more than thirty years, I have devoted my practice to serving as a trusted advisor, strategic planner, risk manager, negotiator,  and legal advocate  (in administrative and civil judicial proceedings before the state and federal courts sitting in Texas and New York) to individual entrepreneurs, professionals, and mid-level and senior corporate executives as well as small to medium-sized business entities that are privately held. My objective is to facilitate clients in the accumulation and preservation of wealth and planning for various contingencies that could impact the long-term financial health of an individual and his family or the viability of a business.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Fully Probated Suspension
    issued in TX, 2002

Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.

Randy’s comment: “Matter did not involve any allegations of misconduct regarding my handling of either client matters or trust funds. Grievance arose out of a dispute with former business partner.”
