About Me

Our Values -

Our firm provides outstanding Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law services for our clients because of our dedication to our core underlying principles of trust, professionalism, quality, compassion, and timeliness.

Trust -

There was a time when professional worked to earn and keep a client's trust.  There was not a question that the advice being given by a professional was the same advice he would give to a member of his own family.  That was usually because communities were smaller.  Professionals relied on word of mouth, and a bad reputation got around fast.  So, professionals protected their reputations.

That time is still here.  We work to earn and keep your trust.  We will strive to give you the same advice we would a member of our own families.  Then at the end of the day, we hope you will have good things to say about us.  Many of our client have.  We have posted some of their comments throughout our web site.

We also have other professionals who have referred clients to us.  Some of our referral sources have graciously allowed us to post their information on our web site.  If you have an opportunity to use their services, please do so.  Please let them know where you got their name.

Professionalism -

Our firm is one of the leading local firms in our practice fields (probate, estate planning, business formation / incorporation).  By combining our expertise, experience and the energy of our staff, each client receives close personal and professional attention.

Our high standards, service and specialized staff spell the difference between our outstanding performance, and other firms.  We make sure that every client is served by the expertise of our whole firm.

Quality -

A law firm is known for the quality of its service.  Our firm's reputation and client satisfaction reflects the high standards we demand of ourselves.

Our primary goal as a trusted advisor is to be available to provide insightful advice to enable our clients to make informed legal decisions.  We do not accept anything less from ourselves and this is what we deliver to you.

We feel it is extremely important to continually professionally educate ourselves to improve our technical expertise, legal & financial knowledge and service to our clients.

Our high service quality and "raving fan" clients are the result of our commitment to excellence.

Compassion -

As stated above, we want to treat you as though you were a member of the family.  We handle a number of probate and estate planning cases every day.  We know that many of our clients are facing issues for the first time which we address every day.  We promise that while we will try to reassure you and we will do our best for you, we will not take your problems lightly.

Timeliness -

This principal includes two aspects of timeliness.  First, timeliness in responding to your matter.  We strive to respond to your inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly.  We also work to fulfill deadlines so that your critical objectives are achieved.  Clients who choose our firm rely on competent advice that is fast, accurate, and personal.

We will answer your questions, as they impact your personal and business legal situations.  We welcome you to contact us anytime.

Second, we stay up to date, and timely implement technology to increase client satisfaction.  This has led us to make a secure portal available to our clients for the quickly and easily making documents available.  This method of communication does not completely eliminate the need for mailings, but it greatly reduces it.

For probate cases, where it is often helpful to make documents available to many parties, secondary portal can be made available to heirs and beneficiaries so that multiple copies of documents do not have to be made and distributed.  Let us know if such a solution may help with your probate needs.
