About me

Frank Bailey grew up on a farm in Marion County, Arkansas. His Hereford bull, Zato, was named the Grand Champion Bull at the County Fair in 1964. Frank then attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and entered law school.  The Vietnam war was at its height and Frank was drafted into the Army.  He was attatched to the 101st Airborne Division at Camp Eagle in Vietnam.

After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Army, Frank returned to the University of Arkansas, and was graduated from Law School. Frank then began practicing law on the square in Mountain Home, Arkansas. It wasn’t long until his practice grew. Now, Frank has over 35 years of experience in trying medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

In 1988, Frank became Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Frank has been appointed three times to serve as a Special Associate Justice to the Arkansas Supreme Court.  He is a Diplomate of the National College of Advocacy. Frank currently serves as the President of the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation Advisory Board.

Frank has been included in the Mid-South edition of Super Lawyers since 2006.  Frank has been included in Best Lawyers in America since 2008.  He is rated AV, Martindale Hubbell's highest rating.

Frank's highest honor was being named the 2009 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Frank’s wife Pat is the Provost at Arkansas State University Mountain Home.  She has served as President of the Arkansas Two Year College Association, President of the Mountain Home Rotary Club, and President of the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce.

Frank's son Frank C. Bailey is a student at Northwest Community College in Fayetteville.  He is studying to be a baker.  Last Christmas, Frank baked cookies for the entire family.  Each member's personality determined the kind of cookie they received.
