Totally incompetent. May seem like a great deal until you see weeks or months go by with nothing done! What a scam: Make it look like you get a great flat rate deal, gives you lots of attention at first until you sign the contract, pay your fees, then you are locked in for a ride of little or no help.

Josh walked me through every step of the process. He helped me determine what could and could not be done in my situation and helped me understand all outcomes, whether good or bad, so I could make the best decision for my family.

Our justice system takes time - very frequently longer than the three weeks this client allowed me to work on his or her case. Quite frankly, there is nothing any attorney can do to make that process go faster. This client is merely frustrated by the speed with which the system works sometimes and has taken that frustration out here.
I informed this client of my progress every step of the way while I was on the case. I knew excatly what I was doing, advised my client of what I felt was in his or her best interest, and was instructed by this client to do just as I had advised. I responded to every pertinent email and phone call in a timely fashion. There was nothing untrustworthy about anything I did or said during the short time I was on this case. I use the phrase "him or her" to protect this client's identity.
My fee structure is unique and has helped hundreds of people afford an attorney who would otherwise be unable to retain one. Instead of accepting cases on a high flat rate or an hourly rate with a high retainer, I charge clients a monthly fee for the service I provide. So instead of spending thousands of dollars before the case even begins, many clients pay a few hundred each month. In this client's case, had I billed hourly I would have billed almost $1,200.00 in attorney fees for the "nothing" that this review claims I did. My fees were $500.00 per month that I was on the case - a great deal under the circumstances. During the three weeks I represented this client, much was done.
My fees are not a "scam" - they are a means of making a private attorney more affordable while helping me control my case load. No one is ever locked into a contract - this client discontinued the services I provided just like any other client can. This review contains no truth whatsoever.
