Would NOT even rate this loser a one-star.

He's one of the worst, unprofessional, arrogant "lawyers" around. . He doesn't return calls; professionalism to him consists of sending you a text, or calling you back in hopes of reaching your voicemail, and then decides to discuss whatever that matter may be on your voicemail so he can avoid your questions in person. Did I mention it's days on end before he even tries to make you a priority in his "busy, hectic schedule"? He's a joke and should be ashamed of himself for scamming people out of their money, time and heartache. He's money hungry at most and won't even begin to act like he's interested in your case until he's got cash or check in hand. He lied numerous times, used scare tactics to intimidate my husband and I so we would choose the ultimate decision he wanted. Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't a lawyer supposed to guide you, give you suggestions and have your back? Isn't he hired to work for ME? Strange thing is, i felt like i was working for him. He asked me to gather up all of my character witnesses so that he could interview them. Is it not the lawyers job, to get in contact with these people so he can properly interview them? He couldn't even do that. Trust me when I say he isn't worth the thought of considering him, the time or money. Licensed for 10 years in law? Why don't you take a course in honesty.

He was great at what he did, He was very confident in us winning in my divorce which made me confident. He kept me informed with what was happening. He didn't answer his phone a lot but he always called me back with in the day. He is working with me on my payments to him. He also tried to save me money any way he could

    Highly Recommended

I have known Brian both professionally and personally for many years. He put his heart and soul into both my criminal and civil cases and achieved a favorable outcome in both. He is extremely knowledgeable and he made himself available to discuss my case and answer all of my questions. He also explained to me all of the potential options so that I was able to make sound decisions regarding my matters. Brian has the upmost integrity and is extremely dependable. I give my most heartfelt recommendation.

    Awesome with the jury

Mr. Rabal was extremely aggressive and took my civil case to a jury trial. He was a very effective and likable to the jury and ended up winning my case. I hope that I don't ever need a lawyer again, but if I do I will hire Brian Rabal.

    Personable, Good Value, High Integrity

Brian handled my divorce for me. He was effective and expedient with paperwork and filings. He was also quite competent in the courtroom. Above all, I felt he was completely trustworthy and absolutely "in my corner" throughout the proceedings.

    Worse Lawyer I know

I used Mr. Rabal's services twice and I truly regret it. I was hoping since he had experience with the first case, that the second try at it would have a better outcome. His letters to the other party are poorly written and leave vulnerability and loop holes for the other party to take advantage of. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with. The only way I could get him to respond was to call from a phone number that he did not recognize. He will charge you for every email, text or phone call you make to him. I was not able to go through with the case as far as I should have because I had zero faith that he stood a chance to win in court room for me. He kept telling me that he thought we would win, but I knew he did not possess the skills needed. I felt that using him all the way to the court room would cost me even more than he already did. Once I voiced my complaint to him he offered to pay what I felt I lost during due to his misrepresentation. I was not comfortable with that outcome but I named a price anyway. He agreed to it and we ended the conversation. He then called me back about 5-10 minutes later and he said that he had changed his mind and he felt he did no wrong. When I asked him how he came up with the figure related to my case, he had no response and blamed me. He will not look out for your best interest. I highly encourage anyone to not use his services. He “travels” all the time and will not give you the attention you deserve, please beware.

    Not A Good Experience

I hired Mr. Rabal on April 30, 2012 Mr. Rabal did not return my phone calls or e-mails, once he had my money. When I finally got in touch with Mr. Rabal on a friend s phone (he wouldn t answer mine because of caller ID), and told Mr. Rabal that I was not satisfied with his services, and asked for my $400.00 to be returned- Mr. Rabal told me to take him to court. I then asked for a billing statement- which Mr. Rabal provided one month later- and with the incorrect last name on it. I won t open it. No point. I would not recommend Mr. Rabal-unless to an adversary. My experience with Mr. Rabal has been a nightmare.
