If your car came in to contact with her car, there should be some sort of evidence of scratching or paint on your car that matches her car. I recommend you turn it in to your insurance company and tell her to do the same. And I also agree with the other attorneys in this post.

You really should consult an attorney in your state. It is possible that you should have self reported the DWI to the state board of nursing, but I don't practice in MI so I would definitely encourage you to speak with an attorney in your state. In AR we have a requirement of self reporting to the nursing board. I don't know what MI requires, but for your sake, you need to find out to make.

If your 9 month old is still crying to that extent after the accident, I suggest you take him/.her to a childrens ER immediately, there may be more going on with them. Same suggestion with the 12 year old, they may need physical therapy or something more. I agree with the other attorneys you should retain a lawyer so that you don't ruin your case. Normally medical bills are paid for at the end of the claim unless you have med pay on your insurance then you will receive some payment toward...

If you can show the condition worsened as a result of the accident then it can be included in the claim. I'm sure the insurance adjuster will try and minimize the condition based on the pre-existing.

The license plate should correctly identify the car, assuming it had the correct plates on it. Once the car is identified then the insurance can be identified.
