I had to file bankruptcy so that I could keep my home. And if it wasn't for Ms. Cruz I would be renting. After our first visit I was given a list of items that was needed before she could file me. I was also given a time line. Granted it took a while for me to gather up everything that was needed but once I did and turned everything over to her we were filed within 2 weeks. I also can't believe anonymous is complaining. I am sure Ms. Cruz's staff sees people everyday and I am sure she just didn't recongnize him.
We paid the initial $500 on May 26 and the remainder on June 16. As of July 27, we still had not been contacted about the next step. When we went in, we were given the initial paper work again. Unorganized and unprofessional. When approached with the fact that we had not had any calls/updates/next steps, Cruz stated that they were not going to babysit us. We withdrew and were refunded 52% of the total fees. Case had not even been filed yet.
