I approached Kevin with a very unusual case where I had signed a contract without realizing the penalty clause and canceled within 2 hrs. The company was still trying to enforce the penalty even after the swift cancelation so I wasn't very confident that I had much hope of contesting it. Kevin listened to my case and took it seriously without ever once questioning my reasons for wanting to fight the contract. He went out of his way to research similar situations and was able to build a case for me. As a result of his efforts - the contract was canceled without penalty and the collection company that had been retained to demand payments was also told to cancel their account. In addition - there was no negative impact to my credit rating. What Kevin did for me was priceless. And speaking of price - he's also reasonable and didn't charge me the exhoratant amounts I was quoted from other legal resources.
Kevin was personable and showed sincere interest in my specific case. He always treated me with the utmost respect and viewed my situation with sincerity. I never once douted that he was going to do everything in his power to assist me with building and winning my case. I would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone I know that is seeking legal assistance.

My case was unique from the beginning, and I feel the law needs to look at cases individually. However, with that said, the law is what it is. I have the upmost respect for the compassion Kevin took with my case. Kevin went above and beyond what any criminal lawyer would have done. Kevin took my case to the District Attorney with demands of a meeting concerning the unusual actions of the day in question. Because Kevin took heart in my case and believed the charges were uncalled for, he was able to have the DA's office look at my case as an individual one. As I mentioned before, the law is what it is. I highly recommend if you have been criminally charged unfairly, you seek Kevin as your lawyer. The ending paying price was a surprise to me, however, you get what you pay for in return.

I was arrested over a year ago for a DUI offense in Johnson county Kansas. Immediately, after paying my bail I contacted Kevin who explained to me in detail my charges and the new DUI law in Kansas. He assisted me in analyzing the facts of the case and through his advice and persistence I was able to qualify and complete the DUI deversion.program. I consider Kevin not only an excellent attorney but also an individual who cares for the well being of his clients. In criminal matters, I think Kevin is one of the best attorneys in Johnson County Ks and would recommend him to my friends.

Kevin Dellet was extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and professional in my case. He was able to get me in the same day I called. We spoke for about an hour on a plan for my case, I paid him and he went to work. I consistently got updates about the progress and because of his foresight I was able complete some important steps, ahead of my court date which I feel, helped out immensely in the overall outcome. Mr. Dellett was even able to refund me part of my initial retainer when we started working together. He is a very caring and good attorney and I would highly recommend him.

After I made a major mistake, Kevin took on my case and immediately let me know what to expect. His fees were more than reasonable, based on what others had told me that they had spent in the same situation. More than that, though, the process that I went through had the potential to be traumatic and Kevin helped to mitigate that potential. He was responsive to my inquiries and I always knew what the next step in the process would be. Additionally, Kevin's Spanish-speaking skills turned out to be a major factor in the positive resolution of my case.
