Kyle quickly answered a couple of estate planning questions we had sent to him via email. He understood where we were going with these and made a suggestion that may solve several problems. It is so easy to work with him.

Kyle provided Estate Planning and Trust services for my wife and I in 2007. We were pleased with the work he did for us then and with follow up contacts over the years. When my wife died in 2011 he helped greatly with information on how to handle her final affairs. Recently I needed an electronic copy of the document which he provided within an hour of the request. Can not speak highly enough of his work on our behalf.

Kyle Krull is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and efficient. He asked good questions, was a good listener, and sized up our financial and family situation very quickly and accurately. He very patiently worked to explain the legal language and options in layman's terms. Once my wife and I had made our decisions concerning options to consider with regard to Kyle's first draft of our trust and other estate plannning elements, these very hairy documents were produced in only a few days. There is no question of Kyle's integrity and intelligence. And Kyle's wife, Gretchen, is just as nice and efficient as Kyle!

The bottom line: (1) Very personable and genuine person, (2) Expert in the Estate Planning field, (3) Organized and easy process, (4) Reasonable fees disclosed up front, and (5) Exceptional product/service.

The longer version: We engaged Kyle when looking for Wills, Healthcare Directives, and Trusts set up. I had originally planned on utilizing the services of one of the large firms in town that also handles our business affairs, but I decided to look around before engaging them. After reading a lot of reviews on sites such as avvo.com, I came across Kyle's profile and was very impressed. After some additional due diligence, I became even more interested. After speaking with Gretchen in his office, I was sold. After visiting with my wife and CPA/Wealth Advisor, we started the process with Kyle.

The process was straightforward and they walk you through everything with comprehensive questionnaires and forms. The forms not only covered basic information but also generated some discussion between my wife and I about various topics we had not discussed or considered. Being able to think on things and discuss at our convenience was very helpful, and Kyle was always just a phone call away for any questions. After meeting to walk through and confirm our responses and Kyle discussing the pros and cons of different options and choices we had before us, Kyle was able to prepare a draft of all of the legal documents. After reviewing them, we met again to sign everything, and Kyle reiterated that he was here for any additional questions we had going forward or changes that needed to be made. In addition, he provided us with a checklist that had our "To Do" items going forward and a binder of all of the documents as well as electronic copies.

The last impression I want to leave my children is that I didn't love them enough to make sure they would have time to grieve because my unfinished business required their time, energy and emotions. The last impression want to leave the court system is gratitude for the menial contribution that what monies I have left behind, go into their pockets and not my children's and grandchildren's. Kyle has been most understanding of my last wishes and made certain my goal has been met. The expense of my Trust was money wisely spent on Kyle.

Kyle and Gretchen are a fabulous team. Kyle's expertise and knowledge are outstanding. He is responsive, caring, patient and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for estate planning.

After my father's death, I helped my 87 year old mother review the trust documents the two of them had created in 1989. Last year, I required surgery for a health issue. My wife and I had moved to Kansas from Virginia three and a half years earlier but, like many people, had not had our wills updated. Due to my health issue, we realized that it was important to have everything up to date and “Kansas-ized”, just in case. I heard a Kyle Krull radio ad during the Greg Knapp Show. Greg mentioned that he used Kyle’s services after relocating to Kansas. Figuring (hoping?!) that Greg would not provide a personal testimonial if he was not pleased with the service he received, I called Kyle to find out about the process for getting our wills and other necessary documents updated, hoping it could be turned around before my surgery date.

I am happy to say that everything worked out well on all fronts. My surgery was successful and I am fully recovered. Kyle made sure that our documents were all completed and signed prior to my entering the hospital. It gave me great peace of mind to know that this was all set.

In 2009 Kyle amended and restated it. In April 2012, he amended it for me again. He patiently took the time necessary to answer my myriad of questions.
