    Description:
    I represented Mr. Cassara against a credit reporting agency called DAC. Mr. Cassara was a truck driver and DAC had falsely reported that Mr. Cassara had 7 accidents when in fact he had none. The District court granted DAC summary judgement and Mr. Cassara appeal. The Tenth Circuit Court of appeals agreed with Mr. Cassara and ordered the case returned to district court for trial. This is now a seminal decision in FCRA law.
