The first time I ever stood up in front of a jury, I knew that it was where I belonged. It's where I feel most comfortable, advocating for my clients and arguing their case. I'm a trial lawyer. If I believe in a cause, I'll fight for it with everything I've got - for as long as I have to fight. I don't know any other way to approach my chosen profession.
I've been fortunate enough to win many trials early in my career, and it's through those successes that I now have leverage to negotiate on behalf of my clients before we decide to go to trial. Most people, including some lawyers, don't understand that without a track record of wins at trial, a lawyer has no stock-in-trade to negotiate settlements - quite simply, those lawyers are not a threat to the defendant or insurance company. In an age where most attorneys rarely see the inside of the courtroom, I am in a rather unique position in this regard.
I try cases because I enjoy helping people, whether they're ordinary people who've been hurt or wronged by another person, a product, or a company, or a business that's been harmed by the actions of another. I truly care about my clients and their cause. If I ever stop caring, I'll quit practicing law.
I welcome the opportunity to hear about your case.

Stephen's knowledge and experience are second to none in the area of personal injury law, and I would give him my highest recommendation to anyone who has been injured as a result of the negligence of another. I would especially recommend Stephen to anyone seeking an attorney to represent them in complex injury cases, multi-vehicle auto accidents, trucking accidents, or any case involving serious injury or death. His knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail make him uniquely qualified to represent clients in such circumstances. He is a highly competent attorney who always provides his clients with the highest caliber of legal representation, no matter the size or degree of complexity of the case.
