About Me 

Neil, an experienced Kansas City consumer and business bankruptcy attorney, has practiced law in the Kansas City area since graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1984. Although originally from the east coast, Neil lived throughout the Midwest growing up and he has happily made the Kansas City area home. He maintains an “AV” rating (the highest rating possible) from the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Rating Service and is listed in the Super Lawyers directory for the states of Missouri and Kansas. Neil is a founding member of The Sader Law Firm, which has its office in the Plaza area of Kansas City, Missouri. His practice concentrates in the areas of Bankruptcy, Business Law, Commercial Real Estate and Class Actions.

Neil has built a practice over the years working with all types of clients, from individuals to world-wide corporations. He takes great pride in working with his clients on a personal basis while providing high quality and cost effective legal representation. He has litigated throughout the state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas.

In addition to his legal work, Neil enjoys the opportunity to be very involved in governmental and community affairs and he has served on numerous civic boards and committees. He has served as a County and City Planning Commissioner as well as a City Council member in Overland Park, Kansas. He has enjoyed coaching youth baseball teams and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-America Chapter of the MS Society.

Neil and his wife Elizabeth have three children and enjoy traveling as often as possible.
