    PHENOMENAL WRONGFUL TERMINATION ATTORNEY

Back in 2011, I was wrongfully terminated from my job. After spending several hours online scrolling through countless employment attorneys, I was fortunate enough to find the "Kasper Law Firm". Upon my initial visit with Atty. Kasper, I was pleased with his professionalism. He listened to my complaints, and was confident that I had a case. He was extremely honest in regards to how long the legal process could take. Thankfully, I had patience. I put all of my trust in him, and he delivered as promised. 3+ years later, my case was finally settled. Atty. Kasper is very detail oriented, and has an innate ability to practice law. I would highly recommend his services.

    Totally neglected my case

I hired Mr Kasper to handle my divorce. He would not call me back for days / weeks on end even during the middle of a custody battle in which my ex threatened to leave the state with my child. He did not inform me of how the process worked and left me hanging with many questions.
When a guardian Ad litem (GAL) was assigned to my case he failed to inform me that I only had 10 days to get her removed if I wasn't comfortable with her. During that 10 days my ex's attorney worked the GAL hard and got her in my spouses corner while Mr. Kasper kept ignoring my calls. Once I met with the GAL and I realized that she had been swayed I tried to get ahold of Mr. Kasper again and he still wouldn't return my calls. Only after speaking with yet another attorney was I informed of this 10 day rule. As a result I lost majority custody of my child and must now pay large child support payments.
