Richard Hein is the Principal and Managing Partner of Hein Law Firm, an International Commercial Immigration Law Firm in Missouri, USA. With office extensions in Mexico City through the Firm NDA Nájera Danieli & Asociados, for which Mr. Hein serves a US Counsel, its affiliation with the Buenos Aires, Argentina Firm, Estudio Jurídico Traboulsi & Asociados, its status as a Cooperating Law Firm for the Mexican Consulate in Missouri, and Mr. Hein’s Board Membership in the prestigious International Law Firms, a cooperating, international organization comprised of highly regarded law firms with member firms in more than 70 cities and 50 countries worldwide, Hein Law Firm is particularly well-positioned to provide legal services on a global basis with an emphasis on Latin America. He is likewise a Member of the Planning Committee for the Solo and Small Firm Division of the Missouri Bar.
Mr. Hein is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Pre-Law Program at Saint Louis University, taught law at the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas Law School in San Salvador, El Salvador, and has been an invited lecturer in International Affairs at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Hein also studied law at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios at the Colegio de San Pablo, and served as a law clerk to one of the leading law firms in Europe, J. & B. Cremades& Associates, both in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Hein previously chaired the appellate group for one of the largest law Firms in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
He is licensed in the United States Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the Missouri State Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Federal District Court of Eastern Missouri.
Mr. Hein earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law as the youngest member of his graduating class in 1994 (the second-youngest by eight days being his now-wife, Maria). He also received his undergraduate degree in History, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University in 1991. Mr. Hein was born and raised in St. Louis, and graduated from the St. Louis Priory High School.
