Immediately prior to his law practice, Pari was the Vice-President of a Global Information Technology Company.

He is active with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), American Bar Association (ABA), The Missouri Bar (MOBAR) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
