Sheena Hamilton is an associate attorney focusing her practice in both the Employment and Labor and the Business Litigation groups. She defends employers of all sizes in the public and private sector in litigation. Sheena also handles government regulation, compliance and procedural issues for municipalities and public utilities.
Well-versed in all phases of discovery, trial preparation and negotiation of settlements, Sheena is involved in cases alleging race, sex, age, religion, national origin and disability discrimination. Along those same lines, Sheena handles wage and hour matters, wrongful discharge cases, claims under ERISA and FMLA, and cases involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
She also represents broker-dealers in arbitrations before FINRA involving employment-related claims such as wrongful termination, executive compensation, trade secret, non-compete, and defamation claims arising out of Form U-4 and U-5 reports.
