Elizabeth is a lawyer who goes above and beyond for her clients. Her tactful approach and knowledge of the law made it easy for her to maneuver smoothly in gaining solutions in difficult situations. She is very reliable and efficient, her eye is on the ball. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to be on my side. It was an honor and pleasure working with her. I highly recommend Ms. Elizabeth Kroll!
Ms. Kroll is the most dedicated lawyer I have ever worked with. Her goals were my goals. Never did she loose sight of my desires and worked through many difficult and unfair challenges to ensure I achieved my goals. Never did she "lawyer" me but always figured out how to accomplish my difficult requests! Anybody would be blessed and lucky for her to except their case.
Liz is extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable about her subject matter. This combination of skills is deadly if you're an opponent of hers but it's comforting if your her client. Liz is a bulldog but also a sweetheart. In my opinion, there's not an another attorney that can turn off and on those switches as best as Liz. She's great at what she does! I'm so glad that we've built such a strong business relationship as well as a personal one.
To whom it may concern:
My husband and I recently needed the services of a competent, trusted attorney. We had observed that my mother was showing signs that she was not keeping up with day-to day activities around the home and with her financial affairs. To complicate matters, she lives 135 miles away from us in a rural small town where there are limited resources. My dad is in a nursing home in this same small town, and my mom’s legal affairs were impacted by this as well. And, we had concerns about how my taking this initiative would affect my relationship with my brother, and his relationship with Mom. It became draining for us, emotionally and physically, to have to go down to her home, weekend after weekend, to help sort things out.
Before our face-to-face meeting, I gave her the background information in phone calls and emails. As we sat down to our very first meeting, she had already drafted sample Power of Attorney forms to show us how we could start to get a handle on helping my mom with everything she had going on. Elizabeth and her associate listened compassionately, as we told them private and painful details of what we were going through. They did not act condescending even though some of it probably seemed mundane to them. They suggested things we could do on our own right away, to feel-out my mom and try to see if she would willingly grant us privileges to deal with her affairs. They then took the new information gathered at this meeting and incorporated that into a plan. Later, when we found some old Power of Attorney forms from a different attorney, Elizabeth reviewed them and pointed out things that probably had to be re-addressed, either because Missouri law had changed, or due to the changes in my parent’s circumstances, the nursing home, etc. After meeting with Elizabeth and her associate, we were finally reassured that there are processes in place to help with these things.
There are websites that promote how one can try to do these things on their own. After going through it personally, I believe it’s best to have a professional on your side. These things are complicated. I don’t believe they should be trusted to just anyone. I would highly recommend the services of Elizabeth Kroll to anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances.
With kind regards,
Elizabeth Kroll is the best attorney I have had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I hired her firm to assist us with our business venture... we were not disappointed. Her level of professionalism is beyond compare. She is knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions. Her answers are forthcoming and easy to understand for those of us who do not know much about legal jargon. Even though our business relationship has not technically ended, I would not hesitate to hire her or her firm for any other future endeavors.
I have hired Ms. Kroll twice during my time down in St. Louis and she made me feel real welcome being from another country. She would talk serious when it came down to business but she would also talk to me as a person just making sure I was doing alright. She was real nice to talk to and it wasn't like I was just talking to a suit, she was very personable. Very professional. She told me exactly what was happening during process of my tickets. There were never any surprises and everything was laid out perfectly. Great having her as my lawyer I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.
