Are you being drug tested? Is there a reason you're giving a urine test that you're not telling us about? Pro baseball player being tested? Absent compelling reasons, I think not and that you have a right to privacy.

Sounds like you can. Why haven't you seen a lawyer yet? Have you called human resources to see if your claim has been reported and who the insurance company is?

Your state may have laws holding a parent responsible for a child's torts. I would look there rather than the school.

I would have to know more of the story. Does not sound like an emotional distress claim fo rthe family members and the negligence depends on condition and whether it was treatable or not. See a lawyer to explore your options.

Depending on the extent of your injuries and the amount of your medical bills and whether you have any witnesses would help answer your question. Call a lawyer.

Did you sign a release? That will control whether you will be successful in reopening your case. How much are your bills? What is whole value of case? You should consult a lawyer to ferret out the answers to these questions.

First of all, if you receive medical treatment paid by Medicaid, you are obligated to pay those benefits back, less proportionate recovery costs. Secondly, at the end of every month you are required to honestly report your net worth to Medicaid to maintain your benefits. Ask if it is worth risking feeding your children if you scam the system and get caught. You certainly don't have to volunteer any information but if you are asked you need to ask honestly.

Sounds like a crime and potential civil liability with damages akin to identity theft. Is there any collectability if you get a judgement?
