I knew Ms. Scarborough as a colleague when she taught the LL.M. Advantage program at the University of Illinois College of Law. She was a valuable addition to the program - the person I was most likely to take an idea to before trying it in my class. She maintained strong relationships with colleagues and students, and communicated her ideas clearly and forthrightly. I endorse this lawyer.
