    The date of the act is what counts. It is not up to the court to pursue anything. It is the State's Attorney that may file charges.

    Motion to quash the warrant. You will need to file it yourself and appear in court or hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to file the motion and appear with you. The Judge may quash the warrant and set a cash bond if you were on an I bond, or quash the warrant and reinstate the bond.

    The State attorney may file a petition to violate your supervision. You may have to have a hearing before the judge placing you on supervision.
