  • Do i need a lawyer? I

    I had a hernia repair a couple years ago and well the mesh came loose and its been hurting bad. Should the doctor that fixed it first fix it again with no cost? Should I get a lawyer? I believe its the doctors fault it came loose, right?

    It is possible that it is not the doctor's fault and that the product itself is defective, ie the mesh.
