After having an unfavorable experience with another employment attorney who was more interested in their bottom line than our interests, we contacted Ross Peters who came highly recommended by a friend who was a lawyer. Ross is a true professional who immediately analyzed my case and made recommendations to move my discrimination claim forward which our previous attorney wasn't able to do after 5 months. Tenacious, thorough, detailed, aggressive, timely and responsive are just some words which describe having Ross Peters on your side. Ross guided us through every step of the process and ensured we understand every aspect of our case. It was ultimately resolved to our complete satisfaction and we highly recommend Ross Peters!

After speaking with several different attorneys in the northwest suburbs, I called Ross Peters office and after discussing my situation, Mr Peters took on my very difficult case and got a Settlement!! which was far more than what had ever expected, Mr Peters was very honest and professional. I would highly recommend Mr Peters if you are looking for a hard working, confident proffesional attorney.

Hiring the best attorneys for your legal problems--just like hiring experts in any profession--is often intimidating. 1) Will the attorney live up to his or her billing/credentials/experience? How will I know in the first place? 2) How will the attorney treat me? Kindly and respectfully? Rudely and arrogantly? Professionally? 3)Most of all, can I trust my attorney, both personally and professionally?
From meeting with Mr. Peters this past Friday re my work contract, here's the responses to my own questions: 1) Mr. Peters lives beyond his billing--he's a walking encyclopedia of case law and court rulings, along with an impressive history as a litigator for high-profile cases 2) He is above all a gentleman. Seeing how nervous I was, he was low-key, kind and compassionate. At the same time, he was very direct re my options and his recommendations I felt safe in his presence, which set my own precedent. After my first appointments with experts, especially attorneys, I feel like a discombobulated mess. **Bonus! Sharon, his office manager. Competent and kind, like her boss** 3) Based on #1 and #2, I can answer #3 with "Absolutely, I can trust Mr.Peters"! So can anyone reading my review!
I beyond highly recommend Mr. Peters as an employment attorney He has class, brilliance, and morals; a kind, thoughtful straight shooter. With Mr. Peters, you get what you see Not a trace of arrogance, impatience or phony concern (=con artist with paper and initials).
I 've throughly enjoyed reviewing Mr. Peterson, because 1) it's fun and of course very very rare to write about anything that's 100% positive, at least in one's own opinion, especially 1) a human 2) who is a gifted attorney 3) and a class act 4) that will work with me (!)
Ross J. Peters is "A Gentleman and a Scholar"--high praise, short phase and absolutely right.

I SPOKE WITH MANY OTHER ATTORNEYS BEFORE SPEAKING WITH ROSS. ALL OF THEM SEEMED AS THOUGH IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, AND NOT ABOUT MY CASE. ROSS CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM A FRIEND OF MINE. SINCE DAY ONE NOT ONLY ROSS BUT HIS STAFF MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A ATTORNEY THAT IS NOT JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY, BUT WHO IS GOING TO FIGHT FOR YOU. T
