Saper Law offered incredible and easy to understand guidance within contract curation, contract disputes and also trademark issues that we've dealt with. They assisted us quickly and represented the best of our companies needs!
Saper Law has been a pleasure to work with and are incredibly friendly and personable!
Daliah and the Saper Law team have helped our small business in so many ways. We would not be where we are today without them. We've recommended her to several friends with small businesses and will continue to do so.
As I was in the process of developing some new directions for my business, I had a LOT of questions relating to media and consulting contracts and issues. Daliah and her team answered the myriad of questions I had in a friendly and confident manner which helped me make important going-forward decisions. They also brought up related issues that I hadn't yet considered which was much appreciated. Definitely have Daliah and her team on my go-to list and have already recommended her firm to friends.
fast and straight to the point.
honest and friendly team, even after the consulting session, if i'll need an advertising attorney again, I will not think twice to contact the Saper Law
Just scheduled a half hour consultation with them and it was AWESOME! Not only was the pricing absolutely fair, but the two guys I talked to were pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable, and definitely made a good, trustworthy impression. They talked to us in understandable terms, gave valuable, actionable advice.
I would definitely recommend their services, and I will definitely consider hiring them again!
Unlike so many other lawyers, they did not talk to us in a condescending manner, neither did they make the conversation sound like "this is way to complicated for you to do by yourself, you have to hire us to help you with it." And they did not charge $675 per hour, either...
Instead they actually made me and my wife feel pretty good and empowered about our start up company.
I am an artist and Ms. Saper helped me with a contract to sell one of my sculptures to a large company, she helped me get more than the original seling price because they had delayed so long on their end to get the contract finished, she was a very detailed oriented advocate for me. I highly recommend her.
We engaged Daliah’s services for contract negotiations and intellectual property advice. She has a remarkable ability to step back and view the situation from all sides. She has excellent knowledge and experience in contract negotiations. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Daliah in the future.
We've been working with Daliah for a couple years now and she's helped us with many different Intellectual Property issues. She's very responsive and knowledgeable about a huge range of issues facing a tech company like ourselves.
Daliah Saper & the Saper Law Associates handled 7 trademark filings through to completion and allowance for my company. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the reasonable costs and ultimate results. The communication and follow-through was spectacular- I received calls and detailed emails with options for me to select from and clear proceedures to follow. I highly reccommend Saper Law. Both friends and associates have benefitted from their excellent services and thanked me for suggesting the firm.
This attorney bills upfront. I paid her a fee to help me file a trademark application. My attorney recommended her. I spoke to her once and had no reason to believe she would not complete the work satisfactorily. Then after she had my money she delivered a single trademark report and I found out she would not file the application for a year- until I opened or else I had to pay another $1000.
So, because she did not ask me enough questions and I don't know what I don't know, ( which is why I went to a lawyer in the first place) I paid her upfront for work she did not communicate to me could not be complete for more than a year. Her communication style is very poor and as result I have paid for services I cannot use for a long time now. I have never worked with her before and am uncomfortable leaving my money with her. I asked for a partial refund and she refused to give it to me. Her engagement letter never mentioned anything about refunds and by law I don't think she has the right to keep my money if I don't wish to work with her. Very disappointing experience. Be careful.
Update: In Aug of 2010 Dalia Saper agreed, after I threatened to take her to small claims court, to refund 50 percent of my money. I did receive her check and it cleared. She since has seen that I wrote this review and asked me to remove it which I have refused to do.
