Initial impression was very good on the phone. Once retained, however, I began to have a relationship with his assistant and billing manager. After six months I had to email several times just to get the first status on my case. The reply was a little condescending. I was told that he was "doing great work" but I would eventually lose the case and I should be more diligent making payments. This came as a shock to me. I hired him to negotiate a settlement. He said in the email reply in that case he needed me to sign a permission to allow him to negotiate on my behalf. I had paid $3600 at that point but agreed to give him a second chance as I had invested a substantial amount of money. Five weeks and another $800 later I had to email the office to remind them to send the release form! Needless to say I considered the relationship to be over at that point. I purposely waited for him to contact me as I stopped hemoraging money to him. Bills kept coming and still no contact. Finally I had enough and emailed to initiate a response. He actually agreed about that we had a "miscommunication" and agreed not to sue me for breach of contract. He offered to withdraw at the next earliest court date. This did not happen. He took more then six months to get a court date. I can't begin to tell you how damaging this was to my case. I actually scheduled my own meeting with opposing counsel and the judge to apologize for hiring him. You can imagine I am still liable for his actions. They were understanding and even suggested alternatives and a course of action. I would encourage you to do your own due diligence before hiring Mr. Stamm.

This attorney is ethical, & competent. He will not assume a case if he is not confident that he can perform the work necessary. Mr. Stamm is very personable, and will respond to any of your questions in a more than timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
