Love one got himself in trouble with the law and attorney Schierer has been there to offer not only his professional experience and services but in addition he personally has giving us the peace of mind we needed during this difficult time. He promptly communicated the legal process even before we hired him. Our case is still in the process and the outcome so far has been favorable . He genuinely serves his clients. He does not see his cases as numbers or has interest in how much money he can take from you.

I highly recommend Charles. He represented a family member on a murder charge. Everybody had given up thinking he did it. But Charles fought the charges. He showed how the police and witnesses did not tell the truth. He cared about us. He returned our calls. He sat down and explained everything. And when the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY we all cheered. The judge ordered us out of the courtroom. Everyone was celebrating. Charles Schierer is the best. Thank you!!

I contacted Schierer & Ritchie LLC with regards to be naturalization case. I have talked to them over the phone and explained it, the person who took the call was clueless of what I was asking but was quick to give me an appointment. During the appointment I started talking about the forms and details but Mr.Schierer had a confused look on his face and jumped to discussing fee instead of the process. I am glad I did some research before going in cause the amount he quoted was 7times what another attorney who actually was able to explain the process and knew what he was talking about quoted. Its a very simple and straightforward process and to know that Mr.Schierer was not able to answer any of my questions or had no idea about the forms itself tells me I came to the wrong place for my immigration matter.

The office contacted me less than 24 hours after I inquired for legal help online. My case was handled very quickly in a very professional manner. Altho my legal needs were for a misdemeanor case, Mr. Schierer never treated me as if my case was any less important than a "higher retainer" case. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing legal assistance. The retainer was reasonable.

We hired 'Chuck' as he had us call him, for our son's case of 'fraudulent enlistment'. Although our son was the client, Chuck wanted to speak with his parent/parents since he recently enlisted , was young & didn't understand the 'military way', he wisely felt it necessary to include us in the process. Chuck's prior position as a JAG was a BIG plus since he knew how to deal with all Navy legal issues. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough & felt as if I knew him forever! All my interactions with Chuck were via telephone & I IMMEDIATELY felt at ease discussing every aspect of our lives necessary to the case with him. I knew my son chose him wisely for his case. Chuck consistently kept us informed, helped us remain positive & never gave us false hope, however, made sure we understood that 'it wasn't over yet & to keep the faith'! I was so thankful for his straight forward communication & yet constant encouragement, which I being the mother, needed so very much of! I actually 'sucked the life out of him sometimes'...however he NEVER made me feel that way, answering every question & believe me I had many!!!
We consistently emailed, texted, spoke on the phone, faxed...anyway of communication was ongoing. Throughout the entire process I don't think I ever waited more that 1-2 hours for a response back from either him or his partner...EVER! It was pretty much the most stressful time we ever went thru, again however Chuck & his partner were right there with us all the way thru!
I can't speak enough to his professionalism, caring & positive attitude, and above all intelligence & guidance all the way thru to the end....which was a very painful journey!
However, we had a POSITIVE outcome & my son's Navy career continues which I truly believe & doubt would have EVER happened without Chuck as our Attorney.
My whole family certainly knows we all have Chuck to be thankful for as this Thanksgiving approaches.
