    I would be careful not to make any vindictive intentional statements with respect to your ex husband and your desire to deport him based on unsubstantiated self serving statements. Absent of any criminality and violations it is not up to your to decide his subsequent immigration fate after your divorce. Good luck in your matrimonial endeavors in the future, m'am.

    To my knowledge these case has a dangerous potential to be charged. For instance, ONCE that female has second thoughts post coitum about an overt or implied consent by pondering about it, then that female may conclude (with little help from her confidants, perhaps) by stating later on that SHE WAS NOT in a lucid conscious state on mind to give a proper consent to a consensual sexual activity with her suitor.     I do not practice in Michigan however, review the respective Michigan statute below in a link: http://www.justanswer.com/criminal-law/1e56l-state-michigan-when-defendant-pleads-guilty.html Basically, it permits the court to entertain a plea as negotiated, however, the presiding judge is not bound to accept it. If you are having these concerns already, in my professional opinion, you need a licensed Michigan counsel to represent you in that criminal case.

    More facts are definitely missing but, I caution you that once you are on notice of CCW suspension you CANNOT carry any firearm without a potential criminal charge and risking your rights to possess weapons. Remedy the CCW suspension with assistance of a local defense counsel.
