Steven Forbes Pflaum

Steven F. Pflaum is a partner in McDermott, Will & Emery and General Counsel of The Chicago Bar Ass’n. His practice is national in scope and includes a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, including airport, commercial, constitutional, and land use cases. A substantial portion of his practice involves appeals, including matters where he is retained at the appellate level by parties or amici curiae. Mr. Pflaum also serves as a neutral or as counsel in ADR proceedings.
