you have auto insurance for this exact reason. Just cooperate with your insurance company and their investigation. If the other side wants to pursue the matter, your insurance company will get you a lawyer to represent you and defend you. Anyone can sue, but that doesn't mean their case has merit.

Medical Malpractice cases are extremely difficult and expensive and legally intricate cases to pursue. You really need an attorney who has experience in these types of cases to speak with and represent you and your family. As far as the experts, there are many doctors who see things in different ways, so if there truly is a deviation from the accepted standard of care, its likely that you will find a doctor who is willing to offer such an opinion. You should really consult with a lawyer to...

The comp case is the better route to pursue for your damages. While it may not have been a proper diagnosis, you waited 8 weeks and then got a proper diagnosis so the delay in the diagnosis was short. You should contact a personal injury attorney or a worker's comp attorney for further advice.

It is not too late to see a lawyer, or a doctor. You should see the doctor first and get the treatment you need. You do have a large gap in treatment, but your pregnancy and birth provide a decent reason for the delay. Make it clear to the doctor that you were in pain following the accident, but that caring for your baby made it difficult to seek treatment. Unfortunately, many insurance companies will argue that your delay in treatment was too long, and will argue that your injuries...

You can sue the repair shop. There are certain things which must be shown so that coverage applies, which is why you will need a lawyer. You could also possibly get coverage under the car shop employee's personal auto policy. You could also get coverage through your own vehicles insurance if it turns out there is no insurance which applies for the other driver. You have a serious injury so you should immediately consult with a personal injury attorney in your area to make sure the case is...

You should definitely retain a personal injury attorney in your area to handle to matter and make certain you get the appropriate money to compensate your and your passengers for your injuries. Don't handle the case by yourself, because you will get a very low offer. Get an attorney now, so the case is handled the right way.

This is a case that you can pursue, but losing your hair is not permanent so the damages would be somewhat limited. I agree with my colleagues, that it may be best to contact the salon and see what you can get or contact their insurance company and try and resolve the case directly. Either way, take some pictures of what happened.

Whether its your fault or not, you should immediately contact your insurance company and tell them what happened, so that they provide coverage for the accident. If someone was injured, its likely that you would be one of the people they sue, so you want to let your insurance coverage handle the matter.

If you have a homeowners or renters insurance you should contact them and let them know what happened and give them the letter. Even if the woman does sue, the damages sound as though they would be small based upon the injury sustained.

You could try and negotiate with the Taxi Insurance and get them to increase their offer to you. You could contact your insurance and make a claim through your policy, and get the car fixed, but you would have to pay the deductible. Your insurance would then try and get money from the taxi insurance, and if they are successful, you would get your deductible back. Taxi Insurance is usually very difficult to deal with, so it could be in your best interest to take the money they are offering,...
