    Jeremy’s Answer

You can file a property damage claim against the driver of the car that caused the damage. It's highly unlikely that you prevail on a punitive damages claim, as the conduct after the incident is typically not relevant in assessing punitive damages. Or, you can just go through your own auto insurance, pay your deductible and not deal with the hassle. You should contact a lawyer in your area for more help.

    Jeremy’s Answer

If he has an actual store, and is a business its most likely that he has insurance, so his insurance should cover the damages. If for some reason he doesn' have insurance, your insurance would cover the damages. You should contact your insurance and give them all the information and let them sort it out. Probably want a different mechanic in the future.

    Jeremy’s Answer

Your question is difficult to understand, but just because one person has a problem, does not mean that the other persons problem is the same or caused by the same underlying medical condition. If your friend was injured, she should get copies of all of her medical records together and contact a local medical malpractice attorney for guidance. There is a statute of limitations period which applies, so its best to contact somewhere immediately to get her case reviewed.

    Jeremy’s Answer

There isn't any real question you are asking, but if its a criminal question, your friend could be arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, and if its a civil injury question you are asking, If you gave permission to your friend to drive your car, its possible for your auto insurance to cover any damages or injuries, or possibly the driver's own auto insurance to have coverage for your injuries. You should obviously contact an attorney in your area to get further guidance on this situation.

    Jeremy’s Answer

If you wanted to pursue a case, you would likely sue the homeowner for failing to properly maintain the pipe, and the restoration company for failing to properly clean up and warn of the spill. You should take pictures of the area, make certain that the injuries are being treated by a doctor and immediately contact a personal injury attorney in your area. AVVO has a great lawyer finder tool, so try it.

    Jeremy’s Answer

Suing him for medical malpractice would be difficult, because the actual "injury" is pretty minor in a legal setting, but writing a letter to his office about what happened, could be an option, and if that doesn't change his conduct, maybe report him to the American Dental Association or similar type agency.
