About me

Ross M. Eagle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988 with a B.A. in Political Science.  He received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in 1993.  A former prosecutor, Mr. Eagle worked at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from 1993 to 1999.  Mr. Eagle handles all types of criminal cases, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic and probation violations in both State and Federal court.  Mr. Eagle also has extensive experience in the Illinois Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.  Mr. Eagle has also argued before the Illinois Supreme Court.  Mr. Eagle is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the federal court of the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois and the Western District of Wisconsin.  He is a long time member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Mr. Eagle is also a Panel Attorney with the Federal Defender's Office for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Eagle lives in Chicago with his wife, Diana, and their three children.  In addition to he legal career, Mr. Eagle served as a Captain in the United States Aremy Reserve until 2000..
