When a family experiences the type of tragedy that we did, you're hurt, confused, sad, numb, and a million other things, but your primary focus is on the situation at hand. You're trying to get the best care for your loved one, you're trying to wrap your mind around what happened - how it happened - why it happened - and all of that consumes you. Having Larry Finn be involved and representing us allowed us to concentrate on being there for our family member and be the care giver, he handled EVERYTHING else. I never worried, he kept me always informed and he even made time for me when I just wanted to talk and/or vent - he was there.
