Kathryn kept my brother from getting deported which is the absolute biggest thing anyone could have ever done for me. She worked incredibly hard during the entire 3.5 months that he was in deportation proceedings. She kept us informed and was very easy to reach and keep in contact with. She was very honest with us from the beginning about his chances of staying in the country. There was no time during the 3.5 months he was in McHenry County Jail that she was not there for us. I believe that a lot of lawyers would have looked at my brothers case and instantly said "there is no way he is staying" but she didn't do that. She looked at options and she made sure we understood every possible route we could take. She worked very hard for my entire family, especially my brother, who admitedly was very tense and frustrated during his detainment, as would be expected. She always tried to keep his spirits up without making empty promises. When the time came for his master hearing she made sure everyone giving testimony was prepped and felt comfortable with going up on the stand. She always made sure to speak to my family at the end of every court hearing and answer any questions we had. At his final hearing she did the same . I am very thankful that we found Kathryn and that she became my brothers lawyer. I would recommend her to everyone. I would also say that if you have a loved one who is in deportation proceedings make sure to stay well informed and make sure to do the necessary work which may be asked of you. It is possible to keep your loved one here.

Mrs. Weber is one of the best attorneys I ever met. My husband and I had a complicated case and we received a NOID. She responded with such a detail and creativity. When she works on your case she is 100% there. She takes personally your problem and she works on it and gets in to it personally. I wish they were more attorneys like her. I will highly recommend her to anyone.

Kathryn and her associated staff were excellent in handling the immigration process of my family, 6 of us in total. In the midst of this she had a baby but still did not miss a beat to keep our process on target and us informed of every step along the way. It was a joy to work with Kathryn and her staff and I will recommend them with confidence and the knowledge that you will be in good professional care . My work situation required much special attention and arrangements and every time they were able to get the required permission and paperwork ready in time. I am glad our process has been successfully completed but miss working with Kathryn and her team, specially Sue, who is an angel to work with. Will definitely use them again as and when needed.

Kathryn took my spouse sponsored petition after our marriage ended in divorce within two years. My primary Immigration attorney could no longer represent me because of conflict of interest with my ex-spouse; my former spouse no longer wanted to cooperate in any way with the immigration spousal sponsorship. Kathryn assured me that the case was not impossible after the marriage ended in a difficult divorce. Kathryn took all the necessary steps in the case and oversaw it until the very end even while she was getting ready for maternity leave. The case was approved thanks to Kathryn's extensive and detailed work on the case. Kathryn was very respectful and understanding of the difficult personal circumstances and exhibited great professionalism.

Kathryn performed superb legal service for us in assisting with immigration. Not only was she timely and proactive in sending updates, reminders, etc - she went beyond the norm in her service. She also is a fantastic teacher in explaining some of the immigration requirements even in special circumstances. I highly recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I would definitely recommend Kathryn Weber. She did a wonderful job in making sure I had all the appropriate documents and carefully reviewed my case before sending it off. Within weeks I received approval. She and her secretary were quick to respond to my emails when I had a question or concern. Permanent Residency Status

My Family and I hired Kathryn to handle my permanent residency case. Kathryn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the case. We needed a valid I-94 to prove that I entered the United States legally and with Kathryn's help were able to locate one. Kathryn was very personable as well towards my family and I, being native french speakers Kathryn would communicate with us in french which gave us a better understanding of our case. Kathryn was aggressive with our case , she readily dealt with any hurdles that would arise, and overcame them to help us win the case.
