Robert was born in Chicago, Illinois, October 2, 1949; admitted to bar, 1976, Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois; 1978, U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit. Education: Northwestern University (B.A., 1971); Loyola University (J.D., 1976). Member: Illinois State and Illinois Creditors Bar Associations. Clerk Groble & Groble Ltd. 1972-1976. Associate, Groble & Groble Ltd. 1976-1983. Walinski & Associates, P.C. 1983- Present. Mr. Walinski now currently practices primarily in the field of creditors rights. However, he brings a broad range of legal and trial experience to the practice. He has tried cases involving such diverse areas as divorce child custody, will contests, copyright, racial employment discrimination, racial housing discrimination, age discrimination in employment, and injunctions.
