Elliot R. Schiff

Elliot R. Schiff is the Managing Partner in Schiff, Gorman & Krkljes, a law firm whose primary emphasis is representing plaintiffs in trial and appellate activities involving professional malpractice matters, both legal and medical.   He began his legal career in 1973 with a clerkship to Justice Francis Lorenz of the Illinois Appellate Court and then went into private practice.    As a trial attorney, he has been twice selected by the National Law Journal for recognition, once as securing one of the ten best jury verdicts of the year.  As an author, he has written extensively including the 2002, 2005 and 2007 section on Legal Malpractice published by the Illinois Institute For Continuing Legal Education on Legal Malpractice.
