Luke D. Kazmar

About me

In 2000, Luke Kazmar graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in economics.  Mr Kazmar completed his undergraduate studies with an almost perfect GPA in statistics, econometrics and economics. Such background in finance offers substantial benefits in the context of matrimonial proceedings, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Residential and Commercial Real Estate

  • Closely Held Companies

  • Forensic Accounting and/or Tracing

  • Estates Composed of Diverse and/or Prodigious Assets/Liabilities

As between 2004 and the present, Mr. Kazmar's legal practice has been exclusive to divorce and family law.  In the course of this time frame, Mr. Kazmar has routinely opposed some of the finest matrimonial advocates/firms in the state of Illinois. The complexity of his practice has enabled Mr. Kazmar to develop an exceptional proficiency with the Rules of Civil Procedure, Appellate and Corporate Law.

Mr. KAZMAR has received numerous awards and accolades in recognition of this professional excellence.  Mr. Kazmar carries a the highest achievable attorney rating of 10.0/10.0 ("SUPERB")--such perfect rating is only held by an extremely limited pool of Illinois attorneys.  Mr Kazmar is the 2013-2014 recipient of the Avvo TOP CONTRIBUTOR AWARD as well as the CLIENTS' CHOICE AWARD,

The National Academy of Family Law Attorneys ("NAFLA") has recognized Luke Kazmar as an Illinois TOP 10 ATTORNEY UNDER AGE 40.  As stated by NAFLA, said recognition is awarded to a select group of attorneys who have "demonstrated an extraordinary amount of knowledge, skill, experience, expertise and success in their practice of family law."  Similarly, the American Society of Legal Advocates ("ASLA") has inducted Luke Kazmar as a TOP 40 UNDER AGE 40 attorney within the state of Illinois.

Mr. Kazmar has represented and opposed a diverse group of professionals including:

  • Senior Corporate Executives (including CEOs, CFOs, Presidents and Directors) & Corporate Board Members
