    • I do not recommend Adam Gynac.
    • Adam handled my Family matter.
    • I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

I, too, was handed off to this guy from the attorney I had originally hired to handle my case. He seemed a bit too friendly to opposing counsel, and motions and orders were always prepared "on the run". Not much discussion on specifics. Therefore in dealing with later issues, it was discovered that orders were vague in their content, and nearly unenforceable. Nothing was ever considered final. It continues to this day. I am happy to say that I have retained an attorney who is aggressive and willing to fight for my causes.

      Lawyer Comment:

I have no idea who this anonymous poster is. Further, I don't think this person was ever actually a client of my firm. I would never "do nothing" on a client's file for 8 months; that's not how I or my law firm operates. Further, the way our local divorce courts work, most parties would be forced to address certain issues, such as clarifying their intentions on custody and visitation, within the first 90-120 days of their case having been filed, even if they were dragging their feet on those matters. In the unlikely event this person actually was a client of mine, rest assured there would be more to the story than what was posted here.
