Licensed to practice law in Illinois and West Virginia, Ms Moser holds both BA and MA degrees from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She eared her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. Before entering porivate practice, Ms Moser served as Assistant Attorney General of West Virginia.
Ms. Moser is a Fellow of the Esperti Peterson Institute, as accredited by the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University. Gay is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, a founder of the Suburban Chicago Planned Giving Council, and a former Trustee of the College of DuPage Foundation.
