Bryan Michael Sims

I am an attorney concentrating my practice in representing people and companies in legal disputes regarding contracts, non compete agreements, LLC and partnership agreements, other agreements, construction defects, mechanic's lien issues, and other disagreements that do not involve personal injuries. I also represent people buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate. Finally, I represent homeowners facing foreclosure to defend them in the foreclosure process or help them modify their loan with their lender.

Additionally, I have given presentations on legal technology issues for the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, an the International Technology Law Association.
