Kathryn is one of the best attorneys I have worked with (and against) in my 19 years as a member of the Illinois Bar. I first met Kathryn when I was an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney. She was my opponent. I learned quickly that Kathryn is adeft top-notch attorney with razor-sharp wit and unmatched courtroom presence. These skills become immediately obvious to any attorney or judge that encounters Kathryn in the courtroom, hearing room, or across the negotiation table. What may not be as obvious, but is equally important, is Kathryn’s talent for doggedly advocating for her client’s without making enemies. I remember as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney, I was inclined to give Kathryn’s clients the best consideration simply because of the force of her personality – putting aside her trial skills and other qualities. When I left the Prosecutor’s Office I wanted to work for her – specifically. Now I do. I give Kathryn my very highest recommendation.
