    Your power of attorney terminated upon the passing of your uncle. The executor of his will is entitled to know about the items and receive an accounting. verbal agreements and wishes may or may not be enforced. If you wish to file a claim against the estate for the cost of storage you can do so but there is no guarantee you will be reimbursed. For more advice and guidance, you should speak to a probate.

    Whether or not the loans are legitimate, you and your husband must work this out between you. If you are involved in a divorce, that could be a different matter but since you are married your husband has as much right to utilize marital assets as you do.

Although you provided a number of details, you did not provide enough to respond about whether you qualify for expungement.     If you have the legal authority to handle an eviction. hire an attorney to assist you. Otherwise, the owner will have to do it. You may have to provide notice of termination of tenancy if the tenant does not voluntarily leave at the end of the lease term. There just is not enough information furnished here to answer with more detail. Speak to a landlord/tenant attorney for more information, to learn your options and to receive guidance and advice geared toward your particular situation.

    If you have a good case, you should have no trouble finding an attorney. There is no requirement that your opponent submit to ADR. If the statute is running, you should continue to look around for an attorney. There is no way to predict an amount of settlement, especially on the few facts presented.
