Focus on all aspects of civil litigation with emphasis on trials. Emphasis on defense of professional negligence and personal injury / wrongful death cases. Tried over 65 substantive cases, the majority of which were jury trials. Trials include medical malpractice, personal injury defense and Plaintiff, zoning, will contests, contract enforcement, injunctive relief. Experience in mediation of complex personal injury matters.

Prepared appeals in civil matters both as lead and second counsel on behalf of both Defendants and Plaintiffs. Appeals in Appellate Court of Illinois, Third and First District, and the Supreme Court of Illinois. These include appeals from jury verdicts and bench trials in personal injury, wrongful death and commercial matters. Completed internship in law school with Appellate Defender office researching and drafting appeals for indigent criminal defendants.

Trial of several coverage matters including automobile coverage, homeowner policy and CGL. Also litigated environmental coverage matters on limited basis.
