Omar gave me bad advice, plain and simple. He pertanded to be something he is not. Before giving me his refund, he was very nasty and rude. Do your research before you see this guy!
I was told consultation was free of charge with Omar. I saw him once and gave him a retainer fee. I had a couple of phone conversation about employmnet issue and 3/4 emails. After couple of months I saw he was not really interested in helping me!
I told him I no longer needed his service. It took him 2 months to refund my money, and then it's like "my new software could not do refunds". His refund check was actually less then what I was told it would be. It looks like he does not tell the whole truth!!!!!
I would never use this lawyer again.
I contacted Omar regarding two tickets I received during a traffic stop- one for expired registration and one for operating an uninsured vehicle. I was not in compliance whatsoever, BUT there was a fatal mistake on my tickets that Omar recognized immediately. On my court date, the officer that wrote the tickets wasn't there so he asked for a dismissal based on that. The prosecutor was none to pleased and kept pursuing a conviction. Omar quickly pointed out the mistakes on the tickets and the judge dismissed both tickets. His rate was VERY reasonable and he really saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be seeking his counsel in the future!
Omar efficiently drafted and negotiated a business partnership separation that had both parties immediately satisfied. We couldn't have asked for more.
